We stand by our guarantee of
the quality of our product. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you have 14 days in which to contact our Head
Office who will assist you in organising the return of the unsuitable
product for a full replacement.
After Sales Service
We often carry copies of our
clients artwork but are not responsible for its storage and maintenance.
We are often asked to supply artwork (on behalf of clients) to
companies such as Yellow Pages and Local Directories (sometime
years after the client has purchased cards). We often provide
this service without question or charge, but please note that
it is not our responsibility and it is purely a courtesy that
we extend to our loyal clients.
