By ticking the "I Accept" checkbox and submitting this Order I understand that if I default on my obligation that I will no longer be eligible to receive future credit, any implied bonus will be revoked, and the full retail prices of items shall be applied to the invoice. I also agree that if I am in default of payment of the said Tax Invoice, I agree to pay interest of 2.5% per calendar month calculated daily on the amount in default from the due date of the invoice. Interest shall accrue at such rate after as well as before any judgment. If I am in default of payment of the said Tax Invoice I also agree to pay all collection and legal costs incurred by the seller in recovering the defaulted payment.
