Product Replacement
We stand by our guarantee of the quality of our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the product for a full replacement.

Customer Responsibilites
Customer have certain responsibilities. These include spelling, punctuation & gramma, inferior quality or low-resolution images supplied by the customer, design errors introduced by the customer during the document process, and errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type against our experienced recommendation.

Proof, Approve and Authorize
Please review & proof your designs carefully & correct any mistakes prior to approving the design and placing your order. Quality cards does not proof documents, as it is up to the customer to proof the draft before approving the design & authorizing us to print.
